Happy New Year! As we step into 2026, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you—for being curious about travel, and for being part of the Grandma Does Disney growing community of travelers and dreamers.

Some of you I’ve had the joy of planning trips for already, others I’ve connected with through conversations, emails, or shared excitement about what travel could look like someday. Every connection matters, and each one plays a small part in the story we are writing every day.

Looking ahead, the year feels full of good things. Disney continues to create those unforgettable moments that span generations. Viking offers thoughtful, immersive journeys that invite travelers to slow down and truly experience the world. And Royal Caribbean keeps raising the bar for time together at sea! Not to mention USA travel during the Semiquincentennial. Happy 250th birthday, America…more in the next blog post.

What I love most about what I do isn’t just the destinations—it’s the people. The questions, the ideas, the “maybe someday” plans, and the trips that start as a thought and turn into a memory.
